The AudioMate360a IP audio gateway bridges baseband audio to the IP world. Plug a push-to-talk (PTT) two-way radio microphone, iPOD, CD player, or AM/FM receiver into the AudioMate360a to bridge the audio with IP-based unified-communications sessions. A PTT conversation can now be initiated directly to and from an AudioMate360a. Conventional, trunked and iDEN radios and traditional, IP and cellular phones along with PC's can now interoperate over a local or wide-area network by integating an AudioMate360a into the network. You can find our AM360 Brochures below.
The AudioMate360a provides the ideal, inexpensive, noise-free link between your existing IP network and public address systems even at remote locations. As an example, voice announcements can be quickly and clearly distributed over a large college campus or airport. Long runs of traditional audio wire typically yield poor results in these applications. Now your public address messages can be generated directly from a campus security two-way radio or dipatch console within seconds -- loud and clear.
The AudioMate360a can take the place of bulky and expensive two-way radio remotes and the associated leased-line costs. Now any location on your network can become an extension of any two-way radio channel or talk group, even in areas without radio coverage such as basements, tunnels, mines or fortified buildings.
Connect an iPOD, CD player, or broadcast receiver to the line input of the AudioMate360a to provide a steady stream of news or company announcements that are always available and optionally accessible from any PC, two-way radio, cellular phone and more. A great method for public safety agencies to broadcast highway advisories or NOAA weather reports on their website, or to opt-in disparate devices such as two-way and iDEN radios and PCs.
