AudioMate Unified Communications (UC) Software

VoiceInterop uses a standards based, commercial off the shelf (COTS) approach for all unified communication solutions.  AudioMate Software takes unified communications to another level by allowing authorized personnel to securely communicate using any radio, telephone or PC device regardless of equipment manufacturer, system protocols or frequencies.   This is in concert with the definition of interoperability according to Wikipedia, "the capability to communicate, execute programs, or transfer data among various functional units in a manner that requires little or no knowledge of the unique characteristics of those units".  

A true unified communication solution should not lock clients into proprietary hardware.  It should be easy to deploy, be completely scalable and built to adapt to both existing and future technologies for any size organization.

AudioMate Communicator Pro™ 

In addition to AudioMate UC software VoiceInterop develops customized graphical user interface (GUI) applications.  One such application is the Communicator Pro that allows dispatchers to patch radio groups, patch calls from various user groups, monitor-record-archive conversations and view all users status and presence.  AudioMate Communicator™ Pro lets you replace an entire dispatch console with as little as a laptop computer.

AudioMate Communicator Standard™

AudioMate Communicator Standard™ lets PCs communicate with all radios, phones and other devices in a conference. There are two versions - a stand-alone Windows desktop application and a version that runs in a web browser.  Both are lite weight applications that allow users to run other programs and complete other tasks while holding a conversation.

 AudioMate Communicator Lite™

AudioMate Communicator™ Lite lets PCs communicate with other PCs.  It is a simplified version of Communicator Standard™.  It is a stand-alone Windows desktop application that allows users to run other programs and complete other tasks while holding a conversation.
