The core element of VoiceInterop Enterprise and Managed Services is WAVE, a powerful IP based software application developed by Twisted Pair Solutions, Inc. VoiceInterop WAVE Certified engineers consider all aspects of a client's IT and telecom network to create an open architecture design, which will provide end-to-end voice interoperability. Once implemented, all personnel communicate with each other at anytime, using any type of voice communication device including two-way radios, telephones, PCs and PDAs.

WAVE™ Dispatch Communicator™

This customized graphical user interface (GUI) allows system administrators and dispatchers to patch calls from various user groups, monitor and record conversation and view status and presence. WAVE Dispatch Communicator lets you replace an entire hardware console with as little as a laptop computer equipped with a speaker/microphone or headset. VoiceInterop can also design customized Dispatch Communicator GUI, specific to a client's need/application.

WAVE™ Desktop Communicator™

WAVE Desktop Communicator lets PCs communicate with all radios, phones and other devices in a WAVE conference. There are two versions - one is a stand-alone Windows application and the other runs in a web browser. Both are lightweight applications that allow users to run other programs and complete other tasks while holding a conversation.
