VoiceInterop provides a full suite of services to its clients.  From designing custom unified communications solutions, to maintaining a managed UC service in X-Stream Access, to providing 24/7/365 maintenance and support of X-Stream Access as well as for solutions deployed in an enterprise.

 

Unified Communications

Unified communications is achieved over geographically diverse areas by converting analog voice to digital packets and transporting the packets via Internet Protocol (IP). At an enterprise these packets allow for voice collaboration via a client's private LAN, WAN or public VPN Internet connections.

AudioMate software provides secure, reliable and survivable communications. There is no limit to the number of audio endpoints that can join a talkgroup session. AudioMate talkgroup sessions can be configured in an infinite number of ways without technical barriers limiting the applications they serve.

Our VoiceInterop team leverages its technology partner relationships to design an all inclusive, customized, end-to-end unified communications solution by using IP-based software at the core of the design. Clients can now link both traditional and non-traditional devices over their own network. Once AudioMate software is implemented, clients can link and/or patch one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-one or many-to-many devices according to their needs and at their desired pace.

Managed Services

VoiceInterop's flagship product, X-Stream Access, is a subscription-based service allowing personnel to communicate anytime, on any device - from two-way radios and telephones, to PCs, PDAs and Smart phones.
